actually dere must b a system of fine in bd cricket team.... if a batsman score less dan 10 runs, he will not get any match fee. i think if it is done den da players will try 2 improve... cauze money talks.

they should play more 4 day matches...19 years players should not be included in the national team..they should be included in national team when they become 22 after playing 3 years in domestic level and A team matches and making thousands of runs with consistency

These players need a great passion to play. Passion to win with moto do or die. And passion comes when you are playing against a real foe of yours. So find some enemy. Go against him with passion...

There must be a regular "A" team to bridge the "National Squad" and "Under 19 team". No player of Under 19 team should get chance without playing for "A" team for a reasonable period of time. We are just destroying the talents of Under 19 team by giving them chance in to National Squad directly

da main prob iz dat playerz getting chance in da national team too easily n a batsman who just made 1 hundred n 1 50 can easily hit da national team,so da way of getting in da team shud b more strict so dat da boyz can make dem more matured n xperienced.
