Happy new year !!!
On befalf of me, one US IT consultancy company is going to file petition of H1B (I-129).
I am about to finish MS in IT from Stuttgart, Germany. Work exp. 1 year
BS in CSc from Dhaka University.

I want to get informed regarding:
- if INS reject the application for any reason, do they return the additional fee(except the base filing fee $190) which paid by the company? ( to be honest ultimately paid by H1B seeker, e.g. me)
- I might need to apply for H1B visa (if things ok) from Dhaka. what is the possibility of getting visa ( of course in a general view)
- after getting H1 uising so called consultancy company, what is the general condition in US of getting job?
I would be greatful if i have some advice/comments from those who aware these concern.
